The waiting’s over, but the fuss is only just beginning. How exciting for the world. Angelina Jolie gave birth to a boy and girl over the weekend, bringing the Brangelina rug-rat tally to 6.

Oscar winner Jolie, 33, had the twins by caesarean section on Saturday evening at the Lenval hospital on the glamorous Promenade des Anglais waterfront drive in Nice. Actor Brad Pitt, the twins’ father, was at her side.

The girl, named Vivienne Marcheline, weighed 2.27 kg (5 lbs) while her brother, Knox Leon, weighed 2.28 kg. (more)

Awesome. A C-section. 6 kids. She’s not really trying to punt herself as a sex-bucket anymore, is she? It’s all a bit disappointing, but I’m quite happy to devote my affections to other more deserving ladies. Or porn. Porn’s fine too.

The newest additions to the Brangelina clan can at least be thankful that they were given reasonably manageable monickers, although Knox is a little odd. Still, I’m guessing they’ll be the ones mocking Shiloh, Maddox, Pax and Saharah as soon as they’re old enough to bitch.
